Patient Notice – Address Verification Letters from NHS England / PCSE
Some patients may receive a letter from NHS England / Primary Care Support England (PCSE) asking them to confirm or update their address details. This is a legitimate process carried out to ensure patient records are accurate and up to date.
This is NOT a scam.
If you receive one of these letters, please follow the instructions provided and confirm your address as requested. PCSE sends these letters to verify the address you are registered with at your GP practice. Failure to do this may result in removal from the GP patient list.
Keeping your details up to date is important to ensure you remain correctly registered and continue to receive communications, appointments, screening invitations, and other NHS services.
PCSE advises patients to confirm or update their address using the process outlined in the letter.
