Starting from Tuesday the 13th of May, if you are added to our waiting list for a routine GP appointment, you will receive a text message with a booking link as soon as an appointment becomes available. This means you can choose and book a time that works best for you—no need to wait for a call from us.
Our Reception Team will be sending these booking links weekly, based on appointment availability.
Patients who are already on the waiting list will begin to receive booking links soon. Please ensure your contact details are up to date, you can update these via the NHS app or our change of details form – Change of Details Form

If you don’t have access to a smartphone or the internet, we’ll continue to contact you directly by phone to arrange your appointment
If you are having issue accessing the booking links, please contact a member of the Reception Team.
