Optimising Treatment for High Blood Pressure in People at Risk of Adverse Events
Many people take drugs to lower their blood pressure and reduce their risk of stroke and heart attacks. This trial, from the University of Oxford, is looking to assess the safety of reducing the number of drugs prescribed to people, aged 75 or older, on two or more blood pressure medications, who have blood pressure considered to be in the normal range.
