District Nursing Team

The District Nursing Team provide nursing care and support to patients in their own homes when they are too ill to attend surgery. The team provides specialist nursing care as necessary. This care includes wound care, leg ulcer management, palliative care, advice and support in maintaining health and referrals to appropriate heath professionals/social services as required.
