NHS App
Patients can book or cancel appointments with a doctor, order repeat prescriptions and view your medical record via the NHS App. The NHS app allows you to easily request your repeat medications without having to send a request to the surgery via email or in person. You can also check the status of your request to see when your request has been approved and sent to your nominated pharmacy for collection. The service is protected by the highest security and cannot be accessed by others providing you keep your registration details secure.

AccuRx Patient Triage
Non-urgent medical and admin requests can be submitted via our webform here. You will receive a text or phone call within 2 working days for a non-urgent medical issue and 3 working days for an admin query, so please keep your phone nearby.
You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, however other patients have found the service more convenient and saves them time. For more details see here.
