Online services

There is the facility for patients to book or cancel appointments with a doctor, order repeat prescriptions and view your medical record via the NHS App or Patient Access. The NHS app also grants you access to your COVID pass and immunisations record and allows you to easily request your repeat medications now that this cannot be done through your pharmacy, so is currently recommended as the best option. Both services are protected by the highest security and cannot be accessed by others providing you keep your registration details secure.

Non-urgent medical and admin requests can be submitted via our webform here. You will receive a text or phone call within 2 working days for a non-urgent medical issue and 3 working days for an admin query, so please keep your phone nearby.

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time.
