We do NOT routinely contact patients whose test results are normal.
You will usually be told within your appointment how soon to expect your results to be back with the Practice.
If you already have access to your detailed coded record, you can view your test results on the NHS App. From November 2023, most new letters, test results and appointment notes should be added automatically for all NHS App users once they have been reviewed by a clinician.
Alternatively , please ring after 2:00 p.m. when the phone lines are less busy, and your doctor has had time to review the results. The Receptionists will give you the Doctor’s or Nurse’s message. You may be asked to speak to a member of the clinical team for further clarification about your result.
