We value your feedback, whether you would like to share a compliment about something we’ve done well or raise a concern about how we can improve, all feedback is important to us.
Compliments help us recognise and celebrate good practice, while complaints highlight areas where we may need to do better. Both forms of feedback help us learn, improve our services, and ensure we are meeting the needs of the people we serve.
We take complaints very seriously. We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person involved. If your problem cannot be resolved in this way and you wish to make a complaint, we would like you to let us know as soon as possible – ideally, within a matter of days or at most a few weeks – because this will enable us to establish what happened more easily.
